Pride Alumni,
The Pride of the Southland Band Alumni Council invite applications to be considered for council membership. To be qualified, one must have completed at least 24 credit hours at the University of Tennessee and one season in the marching band.
First and foremost, our council is one of service to the Pride of the Southland, its members, and directors. We are looking for potential members who want to give of their time, talents, and finances to support the band. The council typically has business meetings once per month in Knoxville, with occasional special events.
Applications will be considered for one of the few seats available this year. There are typically between one and five seats available each year. If selected, a council term is for three years.
