GAME DAY SCHEDULE

6:00 – 6:45 A.M. Registration – Orchestra Room, Haslam Music Center –
(Following registration you may check-out your instrument/flag*, flip folder, drill charts & game tickets in the Band Room)
6:30 A.M. Percussion Rehearsal – Parking Lot Outside Music Center
7:00 A.M. Meeting ALL Alumni Band Members – Band Room, Haslam Music Center
7:15 A.M. Music Rehearsal – Band Room, Haslam Music Center
Flags/Majorettes – Parking Lot Outside Music Center
7:45 A.M. Marching Rehearsal – Intramural Field with The Pride
8:45 A.M. Rehearsal Ends
Load Equipment Truck
(UT and personal cases must be loaded on truck by individuals)
9:00 A.M. Hospitality – Music Center Lobby
9:45 A.M. Alma Mater in the Band Room
10:00 A.M. Assemble in front of Band Room for March to Stadium
10:20 A.M. March to Stadium**
12:00 (Noon) Kick-off – UT vs. Auburn
Prior to Halftime – Entrance to the field is only from the aisles on either side of Section H (where the Pride sits). Be at this location with 10:00 minutes left in the second quarter on the game clock).
Immediately Following Half-time: Turn-in Flip Folder and
UT Instruments at the Gate 21A Ramp.
Game Day Dress
Alumni Band Pullover and Hat (must be purchased at the UT Bookstore), Black pants, Black shoes and socks, White T-shirt to wear under pullover will be provided.
Lyres & Mouthpiece
You Must Bring Your Own Lyre & Mouthpiece!!
*University Instruments available for check-out –
Percussion, Sousaphones, Mellophones, Baritones, & Flags only!
**Only those alumni band members who attend
rehearsal will be allowed to perform with the alumni band.
